1. We don’t leave anything to chance   

   
   

   Whatever equipment is required for your event, wherever it’s being used, we replicate the exact setup that will be used on the day in our own studio and warehouse ahead of your event. Right down to the same cables and adaptors, our technical team tests and examines every nut and bolt to make sure that when we arrive on the day our setup is quick, seamless and never goes wrong.   

    

2. Practice makes perfect   

   
   

   We know the importance of delivering your content confidently. Having the time and space to properly practice removes the stress and worry of not knowing what’s going to happen on the day. We rehearse with your presenters, team, hosts or anyone that needs it prior to the event. Our team are with you every step of the way, taking the time you need to be show ready.

   
   

3. There’s always a plan B, C and D  

   
   

   Technology can have its moments, equipment can have a funny five minutes, it happens. But every event we do is supported by multiple safety nets to ensure that should anything go wrong; your audience will be none the wiser. From backup power supplies to extra kit and everything in between, we’ve got it covered. *
